Since 2004, he has held senior executive roles with public and private resource juniors across Canada, the U.S., Mexico, and Southeast Asia, with expertise spanning public company management, finance and capital markets, communications, and business development. He was founding President & CEO of GT Gold Corp. and President & CEO of predecessor New Chris Minerals Inc., both acquired by Newmont in 2021, and led exploration work that helped establish a long-life diamond mine in Angola.

Mr. Burega brings 25 years of management andoperations experience in the mining and natural resources sectors including corporate development and fundraising; communications, media relations, issues management, joint venture due diligence, structure and negotiations; and management of public markets. He has a deep emerging markets background along with a strong understanding of stakeholder management, social development and structured community engagement and programming.

Mr. Crawford is a graduate of theUniversity of Toronto and a former partner with BDO Canada LLP, Brian has extensive experience as a financial executive. He co-founded and built several public companies currently listed on the TSXV and the CSE. Brian has extensive experience as a CFO and as a director of both private and public companies, in which capacity he continues to serve several public companies.

HBSc Geology, Lakehead. Mr.Biczok is a professional exploration geologist with over 40 years of experience in a wide range of ore deposit types across North America and in Asia. His roles prior to joining the Company included long time employment as a geologist with Goldcorp and Newmont (14years), Phelps Dodge Exploration in India from 1999-2002, and companies in western Canada including Mattagami Lake Exploration, Noranda Exploration, and Manitoba Mineral Resources. He has been involved with key discoveries at the Musselwhite gold mine in Ontario, the past-producing Brewery Creek gold depositin Yukon, and led the team that discovered the Monument Bay gold deposit in northern Manitoba.

Ms. Nadon is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from McMaster University. She provides accounting, Chief Financial Officer and corporate secretarial services to both private and public companies in her role as Managing Director of Nadon Professional Corporation.

Mr. Johnstone is a graduate of the University of Toronto and later Osgoode Hall Law School, where he received his LL.B. He articled with the Law Department of Canadian Pacific and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1984. Following work with Bay Street firms he established his own corporate securities practice in 1992, then joined Gardiner Roberts LLP in 2005, where he continues to serve as a partner. He is also a Director of five other public companies.

Mr. Kirkham holds a BSc degree from the University of Alberta, and is a Professional Geophysicist. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists in several provinces and territories including: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Ontario. He is also a member of the Geological Association of Canada, the Association of Mineral Exploration of BC, the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and the Past-President of the Canadian Institute of Mining.

Ms. Wallinger holds a B.Sc. degree in Earth and Ocean Sciences from the University of British Columbia, a Master of Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant in British Columbia. She has worked in the mineral exploration industry as an exploration geologist with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited and as a Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer for various junior exploration and clean tech companies.

Mr. Davidson is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant. He holds an accounting degree from the BC Institute of Technology, and the ICD.D designation from the Institute ofCorporate Directors through the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Mr. Davidson has over 20 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer and compliance officer for multiple public and private mining and technology companies.

Ms.Jacques holds a Master of Arts in Leadership & Training from Royal RoadsUniversity and the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR)designation. She has been an active member of AME for the past decade, servingboth on the Executive as well as the current Chair. She brings to the Romiosboard a breadth of experience in advocating for land access for resourceexploration and development, and the regulatory processes that support mineralexploration and the vitality and betterment of the forestry and miningdependent communities and residents of interior B.C..
